Guandi Wu (b. 1988) is a printmaker based in Shanghai. She graduated from the Department of Chinese Literature at Peking University. Guandi began to self-study art during her stay in the United States. After exploring various mediums, she dedicated herself to printmaking and has created almost exclusively monotype prints. Her works have been exhibited in Shenzhen, Hongkong, Shanghai and London. Her works have also been exhibited multiple times by the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers in London, and the Royal Society awarded her work the Publicity Prize at the International Original Print Exhibition 2025.

Since 2021, Guandi has been teaching English-language workshops on various printmaking techniques at the Wait and Roll Printmaking Studio and at international schools in Shanghai. She develops innovative techniques for each series of works, crafting an expressive vocabulary of textures and colors in order to capture psychological atmospheres, communicating subtle moods that emerge at the boundary of consciousness and physical space. Through minimal compositions and surreal, cinematic images, Guandi conveys a shared sense of introspection and existential solitude.

自2021年起，她在上海滚动版画工作室和多所国际学校教授英文版画工作坊，内容涵盖多个版种。每个系列的创作，她都用独特的版画技巧，通过肌理与色彩建立富有表现力的视觉语言，以捕捉心理氛围，并传达意识与现实空间边界间浮现的微妙情绪。通过简洁的构图以及带有超现实电影感的画面，她的作品呈现出个体内省与存在性孤独的共同感知。
